Payment is accepted in the form of Bank or personal checks or Postal Money Orders mailed to us, or online with personal checks or all credit cards through Pay-Pal.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay using PayPal and there is no fee.

Orchids are shipped weather permitting.
If requested we will ship to a cold destination, but at your risk.
We cannot be responsible for losses due to weather, shipping or if we were given the wrong shipping address,
we always e-mail before we ship to have the customer confirm the shipping address.
We take care when packing all orders but cannot be responsible for damage to spikes, buds or opened flowers,
from packing or shipping.
We may also hold a prepaid order for a more ideal ship time due to weather but we will e-mail you to let you know whats what.

We will send you healthy plants that are as we advertise them to be.
